Shipping
We use standard shipping.
All orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days once order has been placed. Please note we do not ship on Sunday.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Upon request, Intense Roots will confirm delivery to the provided address, provide tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
All items returned due to insufficient address will result in customer covering new shipping fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds, cancellations, & damages
We appreciate your business! Please note all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
Cancellations
Once you order is placed, no cancellation or changes can be made to your order.
Intense Roots is not responsible for incorrect mailing address or incorrect email address provided at the time the order was placed.
Damages
If items are damaged, you must submit a photo of the product to contact@intenseroots.com. Our team will review the photos and provide a response upon investigation.
